We live in an age wherein most developed industrialized countries face similar economic problems, and those problems seem paradoxical:
--> Small businesses face ever-restricted credit, yet small businesses pay a higher percentage of income taxes than do large corporations; yet taxpayers (including small businesses) bailed out large corporate banks; large corporate banks have recognized record profits, and rewarded their executives with record bonuses. What's wrong with this picture?
If forthwith means immediately, does thirdwith mean it's already done, and fifthwith mean it'll get done but a bit late? Or is it the other way around? Furthermore, does forthwithout mean it will never happen?
How's come we say "furthermore" to add to a point of argument, but not "furtherless" to subtract or minimize a point?
How does one minimize a point, if that's geometrically reduced dimension, semantically speaking?
